WTB: Large Forums/Websites [$100/month+ revenue]

Must have a minimum of $100/month revenue and be able to prove it for at least 6 months.

Budget is ~$20,000 in total. Looking for a few sites at around 10-12x revenue unless it is something very special.

Mainly looking for webmaster forums, myspace resource sites, membership sites, affiliate sites, small networks, and anything automated would be nice as well. The less work that I have to do the better chance I buy it [1-2 hours/day is fine just not full time].

1. Forums must have greater then 50,000+ posts, would prefer a webmaster forum similar to DP. Other forums will be looked at though.
2. Send each months traffic stats (inc. referrals), revenue, and a description of the site works and how it makes its revenue.
3. Please include detailed hosting stats, and if you will keep it at the current host or not.
4. Do not post the site in this thread, pm me all the information.
5. Payments must be with Escrow or Paypal.
