WTB Joomla Meta tag/desc programming assistance

    Hi,
    I currently run a site through joomla.
    The sites content is driven from live xml feeds.
    I can get all sorts of information from the xml feeds, but one thing I have not been able to figure out is how to code it such that I can get proper meta tags and meta descriptions from this live data.
    Ideally I could also change the page title as well.

    I have gone through the joomla code and it seems a little beyond my means.

    Lots of the applications available for this draw the meta tags and meta descriptions from database content. I dont have database content, its all drawn live from xml feeds.

    If anyone understands what I am after I am happy to hear a solution/price here or via pm.
