Thanks for that, its always a work in progress as are most sites.
The application is custom developed, and we recieve alot of interest from people looking to buy the source, so we sell out licensed versions of it, as well as hosted solutions.

Ive put the whole site (including distribution rights for the software) up for auction recently to test the market, im considering selling, but its going to be for a large figure. We currently make anywhere from 5k to 15k a month from sales, so i wouldnt sell it for anything less than $100k, but if your interested in a job site with the same application (licensed copy), get back to me and lets see if we can work something out.
