I need someone to convert my IPB 1.3.1 skin to vBulletin. This doesn't need to be a 1:1 conversion, just raw colour scheme and graphics should be imported. The rest is up to your creativity! The existing design is already "vbulletin default style like", so this would be an easy job for someone with vBulletin skin creation experience. Most graphics can be used from the IPB, so not much graphic design work needed. PM me for the URL of my existing forum!
