I need some UK based hosting - that means that the server should be located in the UK, not just the company! Prefer shared hosting with unlimited add-on domains, but willing to listen to your best offers!

What about american host having dc in the UK? marblehost.com is pretty cheap and stable hosting provider offering two - US and UK - datacenter location with no difference in price. I even think that dealing with american hosts is more profitable, as europeans haму higher prices.
Do not fall to sameerhosting. Their hosting services are real but the quality is disappointing. Be careful with the TOS and money back guarantee. They will deceive you this way. Once you open the Paypal dispute against them, do not canceled it for any reason. I doubt you'll the money back by this way but at least ask Paypal to limit their paypal account so that they will no longer be able to deceive other people. They will do anything to trick you cancel the dispute.
