WTB - I need someone to combine wordpress and website so they look one in the same.

    I was not sure where to post this so please move it if it needs to be moved some where else.

    I have a website that was built with some kind of PHP. They are basically static sites. Why it was not built on wordpress from the beginning I do not know. Now, I want to add a blog to it. Basically, I need someone who can bring the header, footer, and whatever else that needs to be brought over to Wordpress. This way they look as if they are one in the same. Built together. It needs to be fluid so you cannot tell the difference. Here is the website. I am willing to pay whoever can do this for me $20 paypal as soon as it's done right. Here is the website.
