WTB: Hosting Solution

I need to host a site which requires at least 4Gb of disk space and has a 2Gb MySQL database. Bandwidth has to cope with around 3k uniques a day and rising. Ideally looking for a VPS solution with WHM and Control Panel.

I need something up and running in the next couple of days. So all advice welcomed.

I can host that for $21.99/month on a shared plan. -we don't use cpanel however.
