I require a reliable hosting for my file mirroring site (Link in my sig). I dont mind whether its shared or VPS, but must have the following requirements. 1) 20-25 GB space and 600GB - 1TB bandwidth 2) The main requirement for me is the speed. It must be 100 Mbit or 1 Gbit connection. 3) Script needs cURL and ioncube loader installed on the server. 4) If it is a VPS, you should assist me in transferring the site from my current host as I dont have much knowledge in it. 5) No litespeed, the upload bar only works with Apache. 6) I'll use Rapidleech for my private purpose. 7) I'm flexible with the price if its a great and reliable service, but cannot go way higher. The site doesn't allow warez uploads according to the TOS, but you know it may not be always true with the case of file hosting sites. Anyway, the files will no longer stay on the sever after they are uploaded to the hosting sites and also we remove the download links if we get abuse report Please let me know your offers. I'll respond to those which I find interesting.

you wouldn't be getting anything reliable with that budget, no good vps would cost $40 and still allow you to use up 1tb bandwidth, because bandwidth isn't cheap and it's worse for shared because VPS is less likely to shut you down. my advice is to higher your budget and/or look for a low end dedicated server that comes with the required bandwidth - or a high end VPS would work too but make sure you know for sure that the bandwidth they provide you is dedicated and not shared - that could land you in trouble later good luck
I would honestly start to look at a dedicated server. Look for a company that will manage it for you, and you should increase your budget. just my opinion.

I disagree, I have 2 VPS, one is £9 (GBP) a month (promotion price, normally £15) I push near the 1TB limit and have no issues. The other is $29.95 (USD) a month with 10mbps unlimited bandwidth, I use around 1.3TB a month or more, again no issues at all, both VPS are very reliable. I won't name either hosts as I am not advertising them but can name if asked.
There is a shared plan which may meet your needs offered by webhostgiant.com. This is the company which is giving the quality hosting since 2000. Quality is time-tested. Low cost as for such resourceful plan. Also take alook at pivotalweb.com - the company has currently the discounts making their resourceful shared and VPS hosting much cheaper for lifetime.
webhostgiant bandwidth is 100GB monthly not as homepage mention unlimited. perhaps 100GB = resourceful plan for somebody who haven't big site.
