All my servers are managed, unless you don't want it managed No control panel in that package I'm afraid. For the same package with cPanel, it would set you back $65/month, but you would also get a boost to 20mbit guarateed speed (6TB transfer expected). It also means you would only be sharing the server with one other person! This would put you on a Linux server (CentOS). As for the $50 offer, it's hosted on a 2.53GHz Core2 Xeon with 3GB ram, Windows Server 2003 and 100mbit connection. The package you're looking at there is shared hosting, with low user base (absolute maximum of 10x10mbit users... more likely to be 4-6 users) on a 2.53GHz Core2 Xeon with 3GB ram & 100mbit connection. As for vps, I can't do one quite so cheap... for that price you get much better performance from shared hosting! However, what I can do you is... 1.2/1.33Ghz CPU allocation 20 GB HDD minimum 10mbit connection for £15/$30 per month, with your choice of OS. I only deal with cPanel... if you want LxAdmin/DirectAdmin, you're more than welcome to puchase your own license & put it on the server yourself.
