Hawk Host offers has reseller accounts starting from just $10.95/month. We do not host any proxy web sites on our servers (against our tos). We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee backed by our service level agreement. We offer additional dedicated IP's at just $2/month each. You can request that they be on seperate C classes but we cannot make a guarantee of the availability for many many different blocks.

If you have any other questions feel free to contact our sales department or pm me personally on digitalpoint.
