[WTB] Highpaying adsense sites

Looking for sites built for highpaying adsense words .
Simple html sites no blogs.
ill prefer sites with a nice looking .CSS template.
Look at FXtrading in my signature for example .

Budget 1- 300$

no traffic requirments or revenue ,but yes of course
intrested in sites with revenue and traffic also.
