    Hi,

    I am interested in purchasing sites/forums which match the following criteria.

    Requirements:
    -Site/forum must be established for a minimum of one year;
    -Must have a monthly net profit of at least $500 (for a minimum of 6 months);
    -Must not take more than 1-2 hours a day to operate;
    -Preferred source of income is Adsense.

    If you have a site which matches the criteria please send me a PM, with the following:
    -URL of site;
    -Traffic/Revenue details;
    -Your asking price (please do not ask me to make an offer).

    Budget can go up to $50K depending on monthly income.
    Payment can be arranged through PayPal or Escrow.com (for higher priced sites).

    No offense, but you are willing to pay 50k for a site that only has adsense?
    Would you be interested in any successful affiliate pruduct sites, or high PPC revenue or potential. (such as $20 -$42 PPC)
    or high commission ecommerce sites that pay 50% of sales bi weekly?
    Or gaming affiliate sites?
    Are you looking for only turn key hands off Google income only?
    I have many sites that are successful that are for sale, but you have to keep putting in the work to keep them that way.
