    I need health, fitness and family related sites with a minimum of 50-20000 unique visitors a day.

    I am willing to spend up to $50000 for sites this month, please pm me the details of the sites for sale and don't bother submitting junk, I have purchased over 200 high quality sites and I know how to research them to verify traffic, pagerank, inbound links and many other things we look for before completing a sale!

    I want quality sites only and I will pay for them.

    Yes, but if you posted that you were willing to pay 30x net earnings then people are more likely to offer their sites. If you fail to clarify then the presumption is usually that you're willing to pay only the 12x that some rubbish sites command.
