    Top Sites (review, rating, vote, etc.)
    News (article listing)

    Must have at least a PR 3, established with traffic Revenue doe not matter.



    -Im not looking for:

    Flash game portals

    I also have a domain name.. precu.com .. stands for Pre-Combat Upgrade for Star Wars Galaxies.. its PR4 because its redirecting, if you could use it too let me know
