    Hello DigitalPointers,

    I am looking to purchase a site/forum making $500-$700 a month regularly.

    I DO NOT want link directories, adult sites, arcade sites, hosting sites or proxies.

    I AM interested in sites/forums on the following topics: Gambling (including Poker, Betting Exchanges or Spread Betting), finance (debt or personal finance), stock market/forex and real estate + others (feel free to suggest similar themes).

    I request definitive proof of traffic and earnings for the last year. I would also like to know how much maintenance is required per week, in hours, and what needs to be done.

    I have already checked the DigitalPoint marketplace and on SitePoint, so PM me if you have anything which you think might fit the bill.
