WTB Full Team Scheduling Website

    Hello I am interested in purchasing a team scheduling website for youth sports. Here is an example schedule:

    GAME # DATE TIME HOME VISITORS GROUP
    7891 SA FEB 4 1:00 AM TVSA 99 BOYS RED EAGLES B13 B UNDER 13

    There would also be a results page for the specific age group, and the need to add another tier within this age group if needed, or possibly three tiers.

    Also venue information for each specific venue. example:

    CLICK ON VENUE FOR SCHEDULE
    • Pacific HS
    • Belmont HS
    • Ranch 2
    • Ranch 4
    • Ranch 5
    • Ranch 6
    • Santa Maria 1

    Standings Example:

    Boys Under 16

    W L T PTS GF GA
    2 2 0 18 7 4



    An interface is needed for the tournament managers to input the teams and scores. Heavy design work is not needed, but the ability for the managers to have a choice of colors for their own specific tournament would be nice.

    I am in the US and use Paypal. $400+

    Filtering is needed for specific categories like VENUES, STANDINGS, SCHEDULE. Tiers just means that you have different skill levels of teams in any specific age bracket. Example would be a Boys Under 13 bracket would have 3 different levels, an A, B, and C. Some nice gradients and shading would be welcome similar. I will get to the PMs later sorry.

    When teams register they will need to input team names, and individual player names plus jersey number. All basic info will be needed from the team example : manager name , email, coach name, cell phone numbers ect. .
    So there will be two interfaces, one for the team manager, and the other for the tournament admins who will input scores , brackets, and place teams in the correct bracket. I will PM By tomorrow morning Los angeles time.

    Seems interesting, So all data is manually entered or groups / teams need to register?

    When a team registers, their basic info is input by them. The Tournament Admin will then enter the teams to the live site according to their age, and level.

    I have sent you a PM. Some points may require clarity like does the system automate the time slots or does it show the vacant ones and the admin chooses and whether you want to host several tournaments on a single site or just one.
