    Low traffic or no traffic not a problem so long as the script works well and is fairly easy for a HTML/CSS coder to customize.

    I want anyone to be able to register and add their listing .. for a price. Good if it has PayPal working already.

    I will put the site on my own domain .. but test driving a finished and debugged site is a big advantage for me. You can even keep the existing database of listings.

    All commercial scripts licenses must be legit and owned.

    Google maps working on the app is a plus. Escrow transaction required, I'll pay the fee.
