In all honesty these kind of links won't get you very far unless the keywords you're targeting are fairly low in competition. But even then I don't see you breaking in to the top 5 with this kind of thing. I'm telling you this based on experience with A LOT of different backlinking methods. Also most signatures on most forums are no follow, and I've found that the boost you get from no follow links is negligible at best.
