WTB: Food / Cooking / Recipes websites

I am looking to buy a few sites that are related to food, cooking or recipes. Sites must have consistent organic search traffic, be on it's own domain (no blogger type accounts), and MUST be at least 8 months old (NO exceptions). I am paying 10 times average monthly revenues as a starting point. I prefer sites that have some age (2+ years), and will bump up my payment multiple for such sites.
