I want a banner/header whatever you want to call it that is 680x140 It needs to have cloud background. 3 white lotto balls 1 red lotto ball. all 4 balls will have one word on each to create the domain. "The","Lotto","Angel",".com" The white balls will have angel wings and a halo the red ball will need devils horns. The animation just need to be of them flying in and sitting down. The wings need to flap or something to give the effect of flight. I will pay $20 for this by paypal when complete only.
