    100 uniques daily
    unique content (at least 50%)
    older than 6 monthes
    pagerank not a consideration
    fishing/outdoor/pet bird topics

    Revenue - will want to know revenue for last three monthes, but site need not have income.

    My criteria have changed slightly - I am no longer looking to purchase sites regarding fishing now.

    But I am still looking for bird sites!

    older than 6 monthes
    pagerank not a consideration
