Looking for a PHP/Wordpress expert to create a horoscope website in Wordpress. You have to be able to do pretty much everything in Wordpress and a sample of previous websites created is required. The website and layout itself is fairly simple and is described in detail with exact layout images. The only "difficult" part is the horoscope system which publishes horoscopes each day from the database based on a set of rules.
