    I am looking to buy well established sites atleast 6 months old. The site needs to be generating atleast 500 a month in rev and be consistent. Traffic is also important, high traffic sites are what I am looking for, over 100k visitors a month. Looking for content sites here- videos sites, and blogs are the main interest but I will consider others.

    I've got one making just shy of $4k a mo., and another around $260.00 for sale. Solid retention. But you are going to pay a premium for them. Celebrity membership niche.
