    At least 1 year old
    Index in google
    Has at least a $30/month revenue

    I am particularly interested in sites on financial topics, but will consider all.

The site is generating around 20-25$ per months from Adsense and it is well indexed in Google and having a PR of 2. Also the domain name is quite competitive and prominent.
