    Hi I am selling a site right now that would fit your budget please see my thread here it has all the info you need. This site is sitting with in the top 20 pages for some big keywords and in the top 10 pages for alot of other keywords. If someone had the time and resources to get the rankings up the rest of the way for the bigger keywords this site would do extremely well with adsense
