    I'm looking to buy established website at least 6 months old that has monthly revenue between $300-500. I'm willing to pay you between 10-12 months of revenue.

    No proxy, fan, directory, or forum sites would be considered.

    Going Rate is 2 years revenue.
    Are you just looking for adsense revenue, Affiliate, Sign ups, or Diversified.
    Also, are you looking for something hands off, or do you have the time to work and update a site that needs it to keep it on its current level?

    I may have a few things, just trying to see where you are coming from.
