    Hello, I am looking to buy an established site with $500+ monthly revenue for atleast 6 months.

    The revenues should be from advertisement/sponsorhips/affiliate income.

    I am looking for a site with unique contents, not just ripoffs or copy of other sites.

    You must be able to prove the income as well as sign contracts.

    Not looking for sites related to gambling, adult, etc.

    Should have a PR3+

    Whats your budget like? I have a site that fit your requirements but i am not willing to sell it for less then 20Xmonthly revenue that is my final price. Let me know if you are interested thanks
