WTB Established, Profitable Sites

    Everyone, I am in the market for established sites with at least $500 per month in profits. I am most interested in finance sites of any type, sites using a paid subscription to generate revenue, though I will consider any quality site.

    The site must be at least 6 months old, and preferably at least 1 year old.

    I am willing to pay a premium for these type of sites (12x - 24x profits). Please don't waste my time with turnkey sites, MySpace/Youtube sites, new sites, etc.

    I have had luck in the past buying sites using this method, and I look forward to hearing from you.
