    I'm looking to buy established quality PR5+ web sites. Price guidance: 8-12 x monthly profit, more for sites with potential that are not currently monetized or not fully monetized.

    Your site must meet the following requirements:

    Nothing illegal - no copyright infrictions, etc. Site should not be banned from Google; no past, current or foreseeable legal issues
    No adult content
    Unique content
    Must have PR5+
    At least 6 months old
    Alexa ranking of at least 350'000 (or equivalent) for a minumum of 3 months
    More than one page of the site should be in indexed in Google
    No arcades, warez, myspace, gaming, entertainment, article sites
