WTB: Established Forum - $2k to spend!

Hello Digital Point Forums,

I am looking to purchase a forum and have just over $2,000 to spend. The forum must be established [active members and a few 'regulars']. Of course, I am not expecting a huge forum for this kind of money. However, I will consider anything [I am able to raise funds, if the forum is right].

We will consider any topic forum, as long as it is all above board [legal].

Income is not such an issue, I just need the community base there and will work on income streams myself.
