Buying WTB: Established E-Book Site

I am looking to purchase an E-Book website that already has a hundred (or more) E-Books set up in a shopping cart similar to this site. Although I would like a working shopping cart, and as many e-books with pictures and resell sites as possible. The shopping cart must be easy to update on the back end, and I will be looking to add in a lot of additional e-books that I find. So ease of update is key.

Whether is makes a lot of money or not is irrelevant. I am looking for as many e-books as I can find, in many different subjects and verticals, as well as a solid shopping cart solution. If you have a newsletter back end integrated, that is even better. If not, no matter I will add one.

Please make sure you provide the url, traffic, sales and any other relevant information you are considering when giving me your BIN price. I am looking to purchase immediately when I find the right site.
