    I am looking to buy an established blog with PR above 2, backlinks, content, and good traffic. It doesn't have to be monetized, but should not have been banned from adsense or anything like that. No automated blogs. I would prefer a blog in Wordpress with transfer to my hosting to be done by seller and domain push also.

    Thanks for your responses. My budget is definitely not in the thousands range, more in the lower hundreds and below. I have received some great offers but I am still waiting to make a final decision.
