WTB - Established Automotive Forums.

Like the title says. . .

My requirements are as follows.

1. NO TURNKEY SITES
2. Forum must run on VB.
3. Forum must, and I mean "must" have a minimum of 100 registered members visiting each day. This will be proven by screenshots of the admin panel stats. This means, no 99 member days. Days should average in the 130's per day. I will verify myself by admin panel access before deal goes through.
4. Must have 7K+ uniques per month min.
5. Must have a min of 2K to 3K Members.
6. Any paid posting will disqualify your forum.
7. Site must not be based on a locked down model of a vehicle. For example. I won't accept sites based on any single model year or body style. An example would be: FoxBodyMustangs.domain Nope. Not interested. FordMustang.domain Yep. Interested.
8. Site need not be monetized.
9. Domain must NOT be banned from any ad serving sytem. Including Adsense and CJ.
10. Forum should have a min of 50k posts.
11. At least 1 year old.
12. At least PR4 - Might consider PR3 if member activity is higher than my minimum requirements.
13. Must agree to and sign/notorize our NCA and NDA, among other things.

If the community is strong I will be more interested than if it isn't.

So, to break it down. I am looking for newer (but well established) Auto forums. Nothing huge. Don't care about income near as much as I care about the community.

No budget limits but you can expect that I am not going to pay 10K for an unmonitized site that doesn't meet my minimums. I will not consider anything not meeting the requirements listed above.
