    I am looking to purchase websites that generate income of at least $xxx per month in steady net cashflow (after expenses).

    -All niches considered.

    -Website needs to require minimum maintenance.

    -Have steady and provable traffic and earnings for 6 months.

    -Must have legal content and not banned from Adsense etc.

    -Prefer sites that are indexed in Google and have SEO inplace.

    I have a couple sites with traffic and revenue that I am considering to sell. All my sites are zero maintenance. What kind of multiplier are you offering for sites with consistent traffic and revenue history ? Any specific niches ?
