    Fella, I have a quality email list of employers in the US(HR departments).
    I had a project for which I had prepared a list of 10,000 employers.I myself had mailed to them.
    I can provide the list to you in excel format.

    Man the last time I used several ids on yahoo to email those mails.
    If I remember correctly, you will require 30-35 mail ids(I have around 150 on yahoo)
    Yahoo ids have major advantages over a mass email program.(That is what I was told by the buyer)
    It has good reach and is free of cost.
