Want to buy an existing site that is themed to education. Could be continuing education, college related, vocational school related, educational supplies, school supplies, school uniforms, school books etc. Site MUST have some PR with backlinks that match up with the PR. We do NOT want any PR0 or sandboxed sites. Links in G and Y must be consistent with each other and the PR, we do understand how to interpret these things and are open to unusual situations as long as their is no banning or blacklisting in the background. Traffic is not all that important. Income form the site is not important at all. We will pay more for a higher PR and higher taffic. We will be buying several of these sites.
