I need a do-follow blogs list, at least 20.

They must be at least PR3.
They must allow comments.
These blogs have to be quality ones with substance, not the holy grail of spammers.

I am not interested in the blogs where spammers go and post non-sense comments. I need such blogs list, which have quality posts, high rankings and moderate comments. I plan to post quality comments in the blogs myself in order to create backlinks.

I will never ask you to post any comments and I am not interested in that kind of service.

It will be an extra advantage if the blogs are about business, banking, finance, international trade or economy.
