I sincerely hope you are not offering payment? DMOZ never charges for listings, and editors who accept bribes lose their accounts permanently. What's more, webmasters who offer such bribes are likely to have all their sites permanently banned from the directory. Everyone is very welcome to suggest sites, but DMOZ is not a listing service, so there is no guarantee of when a site will be reviewed or if it will be listed.
And if you are in a hurry and are willing to pay, then you may try yahoo directory. And I don't think any DMOZ editor would burry his reputation for few bucks.
Actually it has been very controversial for some time now. Many people beleive some editors do post for cash.
Whats the process of selection of editors? If listing a website takes so much time, then they should also take atmost care in selecting the editors also.
