WTB: Directory Submissions & cheap link building for 20 sites

    I've got 20 sites I need promoted. Here's what I want for each site:

    2-500 directory submissions for each site. I would like to use several anchor texts for each site.

    Also, I need someone to do general link building for each site. Being non-spammy is a must. No blog commenting.
