[WTB] Developer/Designer for Site Facelift

    Looking for a skilled developer/designer to give my site a face lift. This is the first phase for a total face lift for the site. I need a new design including a Help section and space for ads, and some changes to the search code which is SQL based.

    Please provide:

    1) A description of your approach to the project
    2) References/portfolio (which can be verified)
    3) Fees
