    Budget sounds small if you wanting windows server... what specs P4, Dual Core? Quad?

    I would hvae a look on WHT forums, normally there are a few hosts on there doing some really cheap P4's.
    You could always go for a decent VPS...

    but my cat got hurt and was down at the vet.
    now i have only around 25dollars left, i can spend:/
    next month,i hope i can get hold on that server, i really need it

    I think you'll have to wait for next month, i've never heard of a $25 VPS or dedicated with 3TB bandwidth.
