    Here is what I need;

    1. Dedicated Server.
    2. cPANEL loaded.
    3. Budget : 30-50 $ / month
    4. Emails limit : 50,000 emails a month.

    You will not find a dedicated server for that cheap, did you mean a VPS server?

    sure you cant able to get qulity server for your budget

    cpanel itself will cost 25$ increase you budget to 70-90$ or go for vps
