anyway.. just for others to know.. here's what im looking at..

atleast p4 system (linux)
minimum diskspace will do
atleast 512mb ram
atleast 300gb bandwidth cap

this is just for a start.. will upgrade to a better server if needed later

If you need only warez links allowed, you can try with some USA provider, most of them allow that. Please PM me, I will advice you some of them.
