4 to 5TB monthly dedicated bandwidth is a bit hard to find for your budget. You might want to look at FDCServers' 100mbit unmetered series: fdcservers.net/Services/DedicatedServers/100MbitUnmeteredservers#s207 The unmetered line is shared but they guarantee 5TB - 9TB monthly bandwidth.
