some tips to getting "decent" and "reliable" vps 1. no such thing as unlimited bandwidth, every connection has a limit, even 1gbps lines 2. cpanel usually costs extra, anywhere from $10-$15/month - direct admin costs about half that and something like lxadmin or something usually comes free. 3. for that price, I wouldn't expect to get a vps with more than 10gb space and 256mb guaranteed ram, anything more wouldn't be worth it for the host unless they oversell and give you a ton of burst ram telling you it's guaranteed. good luck finding a vps, we sadly don't offer VPS yet so i can't provide anything but a few tips for you
15$ for VPS is very hard to find. You also want cpanel and unlimited bandwidth... cpanel for VPS itself cost around 10$.
