hi i need someone to make a custom flash banner for me. It needs to be quite large (970 px wide, 200 px tall). It is to sit on a rebuild of deed-pollster.com. It should have a picture of a person float in, with text saying 'I changed my surname/forename at deed-pollster.com then they dissappear and Deed Poll Services Ltd appears with a tagline of - providing sound legal advice on the process of changing your name then that disappears and another person floats in etc etc the idea is that it shows that many people use the service all the time, and builds on branding. I can supply istockphotos of people if needed. I need this to be a really nice smooth flash area. repeat work for the designer if quality job done.
