im look to have a site designed using css and html its also going to need a forum in the banner picture that allows visitors to click threw and fill out various questions that will be sent to a lead company a host and post is what they call it. id like ot to be integrated into the picture and go threw like an iframe. i have a few examples of what i am looking for. pm me if your interested and can show me some samples of your work.
