WTB: CSS Bugs Site design

I'm looking to start a compendium for all browser bugs in existence. I have designed a fairly simple example of what I want, it will be up to your imagination to actually get the rest of it done because there doesn't seem to be any site I've seen so far that has had this type of design.

On the homepage for example, there will be some icons on the right hand sidebar listing popular browser engines, on the left hand content area there will be the most recent bugs added. I have a simple logo but it can be improved. The design I have so far is greenish, here's my design so far:

Hopefully you could improve this. The important thing to note is that I'm not looking for the run of the mill blog design with blogs/share tags/comments, I'll have specific instructions.

Please let me know if you're interested.
