    I want to buy a CPM website. I have anywhere from $0 to $1000 to buy a website depending on what your offering.

    It can be adult, video, games, review site or almost any site that is good for CPM.

    Doesnt necessarily have to be established, just it would have to be obvious that it is a CPM site.

    For all who dont know CPM is per 1,000 impressions.

    I mean a site that if you get a lot of traffic to it, then it will get a lot of impressions. Like youtube gets tons of impressions because you go video to video, thats just an example though...
