WTB: Convert VBulletin PSDs to WP Themes

    Hi, I have two VBulletin PSDs that I would like to see converted to WP Themes for my personal projects. Currently the PSDs are really bare so I need someone who can modify the theme by adding content to the PSD to make it suitable for WP. Other standard-type WP theme details such as sidebar and footer should also be included as well.

    If you are interested, please post here your qualifications as well as your best offer price for both. I don't have a large budget for this so I hope you can keep it low. Thanks.

    VCTech gave me the job. Both templates we're converted to wordpress templates, files we're sent and payment was received :)
